Exercise withdrawal right

From this page you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product or, for services, from the conclusion of the contract, when such right is provided for by applicable law.

This form does not apply in cases where the right of withdrawal is excluded under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. In particular, withdrawal is normally not provided for, among other cases, for custom-made or clearly personalised products, products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, sealed goods opened after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, digital content or services already performed in the cases provided by law, as well as services relating to leisure activities, events or bookings with a specific date or period.
