Garlic condiment with Demeter extra virgin olive oil “Principe di Gerace” 100ml

In the Allium Sativum variety, garlic – whose distinctive beneficial properties as an immune booster, natural antibiotic, and purifier have been known since ancient times – is infused in our biodynamic extra virgin olive oil to obtain this tasty condiment. The entire process takes place on our family farm, where the oil is produced and pressed, and the garlic is harvested, peeled, dried, and left to macerate.

The simplicity of just two ingredients – EVOO and biodynamic garlic – creates an infused oil whose bold flavor enhances dishes without the need to add extra salt.
