Rosemary condiment with Demeter extra virgin olive oil “Principe di Gerace” 100ml

The biodynamic rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), particularly prized because it is cultivated and harvested on the Anastasi family’s land near the coast – a location that gives this herb unique properties – has become a precious ingredient in the preparation of our Rosemary-infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Our freshly harvested rosemary is dried and left to macerate in biodynamic EVOO, resulting in a healthy condiment whose delicate aroma adds flavor to every dish with gentle intensity, without the need for added salt.

USE:
Ideal for flavoring roasts, boiled or baked potatoes, and chicken in any recipe. Also excellent for preparing focaccias and pizzas, or simply enjoyed on toasted bread.
